Awana is a major part of the discipleship training of Kid Central. It focuses heavily upon scripture memory and application. Kids learn on age-appropriate levels that challenge them to work hard yet keeps them engaged with the Word of God.

The overall club is composed of five separate clubs based upon age or grade. Each club night is comprised of game time, handbook time, and large group time. Awana meets on Sunday nights from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. during the school year.

Awana Clubs Handbook



Puggles Puggles is for 2 - 3 year olds (3 years prior to kindergarten). The basic biblical concepts emphasized are that we are a unique creation of God and that God loves us very much. Simple lessons, teaching cards, activities, music, and much more are used to plant the seed of faith.
Cubbies Cubbies is for 3 - 5 year olds (1 or 2 years prior to entering kindergarten). The characteristics of God, Jesus, and the Bible are taught to the kids in an age-appropriate manner that helps to instill in them a spiritual foundation on the Word of God.
Sparks Sparks if for kids in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Sparks learn biblical truths about God, Jesus, salvation, and the Bible. In these three years, Sparks are challenged to learn over 65 Bible verses and are taught a basic overview of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
Truth & Training T&T is for kids in 3rd and 4th grade. The goal is to teach kids the truths of God's Word and train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. They will learn and review approximately 50 verses of Scripture per year. They will also regularly hear and read the Gospel message of salvation.
Fusion Fusion is for kids in 5th and 6th grade. Fusion continues the training begun in T&T and begins to emphasize discipleship and making good choices that honor Christ in daily life. Part of the goal of Fusion is to develop a godly peer group for kids to depend on as they continue in their spiritual walk.
